| Order by Mail - Fill out this order form, print it and send it in with your photos and money order. Your photos will be returned with your order. |

| Photo Requirements - Guidelines for picture submission. We request at least 150 dpi for digital photos. Thumbnails (72 dpi) are not acceptable. 300 dpi for photos you scan in and send to us. |

| Stock Photos - We offer a number of vibrant, colorful images suitable for all occasions. |

| Payment Methods & Shipping- We typically use USPS. We will use UPS for very heavy packages or large orders. |

| • What if I want to send the gift to an address other than my own? |
| Order by Mail- You can only do this by sending in your photos and paying with a money order. PayPal will not accept a shipping address other than the billing address. |

| • Can I ship to overseas and pay in a foreign currency? |
| Not at this time. We only ship to addresses in the United States and accept U.S. dollars. |

| Payment Methods & Shipping - Refunds are only offered if a mistake was made on the product on our behalf. We will work with the customer if this is the case. However, typically we do not offer refunds or exchanges since all gifts are personalized. |
