We offer two different ways to order and pay for your products:

Send in your photos along with a money order and order form to our address.

We cannot mix and match payment and ordering methods. This is done to ensure your order stays together.
1) Buying Online Via PayPal
We are a verified member of PayPal. If you wish to pay using your PayPal account, or pay by credit card through PayPal, please use the "Add to Cart" buttons located on each payment page after you fill out an online order form. You don't need to have an account to sign up. PayPal will accept your credit card without it. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept orders over the phone or personal checks. If you are experiencing difficulties ordering online using IE or AOL on the Mac, please try using Safari, Mozilla or Netscape browsers instead.
Please note that when you pay online, you must also upload your photos. If you wish to pay via regular mail with a money order, please send in your photos at the same time.
Make sure that your billing address matches your home address. We do not accept payments from customers without a confirmed address. We will only ship to your confirmed billing address that matches the one on your credit card. If you wish to ship to an address other than the one on your credit card, you must pay by money order through regular mail.
Only use one email address for your order. We only accept single payments from single accounts.
Please note that we do not ship to outside of the United States. All orders must be in U.S. currency.

2) Buying Via Money Order Through Regular Mail
Please go to our "Order by Mail" page for instructions and a form you can fill out, print and mail to us with your money order and photos. We will scan in your pictures for you and return them with your order in the same condition received. We suggest using a photo protective envelope for mailing.
***We are sorry, but we do not accept personal checks.***
We ship items in one of two ways:
1) USPS - Priority Mail with a tracking number (3 days for delivery). This is for most orders.
2) UPS Residential Ground (7 days). This will be used for particularly heavy orders.
All packages are insured for the amount you paid.
***For particularly large or heavy orders such as tiles, we will need to weigh the package first and then contact you for a final total for shipping. This applies to both UPS and USPS.***
The size and weight of the package will determine which method we send it.
UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box.
Please notify us on your order form if you cannot accept UPS delivery in your area. (If ordering online, please list it in the, "Comments about your order?" section on the PayPal order form.) If you need another form of delivery for a specific reason, please inform us.
The number of days it takes for delivery may vary, depending on the shipper.
Please note that we do not ship to outside of the United States. All orders must be in U.S. currency.
Turnaround time from date of receipt of payment until shipping averages 7-10 business days. If we are out of the particular product you are interested in or need to special order a product for you, shipping time will be increased so that we may receive stock from our suppliers. We will notify you if this is the case. Shipping time will also be increased around holidays, as this is when personalized gift items are in high demand. Please be sure to place your order early so that we may provide you with the best possible service.
All items ordered through Chocolate Malt Graphics® are custom-made with your personal photograph. Therefore, we have a policy of no refunds or exchanges. However, if a product contains a mistake on our behalf, we will correct it at our expense. We ask that you please be as precise as possible when placing your order. Also, please understand the nature of the product and how graphics may look different depending on the type of product being imprinted. See our description under the Photo Requirements section. Please notify us within the first seven days if there is a problem. (Shipping charges, however, are NOT refundable). We want to ensure you enjoy your shopping experience with us and are dedicated to your satisfaction.
