Using a process called dye sublimation, we take photographs, digital artwork or logos you send to us and imprint them onto gift items you choose from our Web site. We can also add a personalized message such as, "Congratulations Graduate!".

Sublimation is unique in that these are small run, speciality items. Rather than producing in bulk using a silkscreen process where the ink sits on the surface of the product and is susceptible to scratching, the sublimation process uses a specialized heat press at 400 degrees F. During the heat transfer process, the molecules of the sublimation dyes turn from a solid to a gaseous state and penetrate the surface of the products. When the products cool, the dyes return to their solid state and are permanently impregnated into the products. As such, the ink won't peel or crack. Our inks are made from a high concentration of the best dyes available, helping to make them UV resistant. This is invaluable when it comes to the life and vibrancy of your image.
